  1. cityheim 自分も経験者だからわかりますが、正直図書館における著作権実務に文化庁著作権課の若手の人が明るいわけがない。それなのに図書館等職員著作権実務講習に参加申込みをしたり、わざわざ文化庁著作権課の職員を呼んで教えを請い、この道10何年、講師歴もそれくらいの自前の職員を活用しないのは謎。
